Want free television? These sites require no signup, registration, credit card, telephone, name, etc. The only thing you need is a browser, extensions and apps.
Windows Installation Process:
Download Mozilla Firefox, if you haven't already. You want to make sure after installation that you set it as your default browser. Don't worry about your other browsers bookmarks, it automatically imports them and organizes them very nicely.
http://www.mozilla.org
Download Flash 9 or higher (when they are released) Make sure all browsers are closed or terminated. It will install on its own.
http://www.adobe.com
Download Divx Web Player: This program will enable an add on inside Mozilla Firefox for Divx embedded players and also acts as a dvd player if setup correctly. Installation is relatively painless.
http://www.divx.com
Download VLC media player: This program enables nearly any media codec there is, the only codec pack you might want to add is K-lite. Plays nearly all media including dvd
http://www.videolan.org
Download Orbit: This program allows you to rip flv embedded files straight from the browser. Works great on all video hosts. Follow directions.

Download Veoh Tv Beta: This program works for a portion of (http://www.watch-movies.net)'s video list, it works wonders and allows forced full screen for dual monitors
http://www.veoh.com/veohTV/download.html
Ubuntu Installation Process:
Go to Add/Remove
Type Flash and download the flash, and grab restricted area extras.
Type Divx and download GStreamer ffmpeg video plugin
Type VLC Media and download VLC player
Wine, Orbit, and Veoh TV:
Wine works wonders as a windows emulator, download it. I checked if Orbit would work, it does, You need to download a .exe of firefox, install flash from http://www.adobe.com and install Orbit afterwards. It works flawlessly. You can play the flv's right inside your other players once you downloaded those previously mentioned players and codecs.
*Wine will NOT work at all with Veoh TV desktop app or web player*
Restart if you must, it should be good to go right away.

Reputable Hosts:
Megavideo (Currently are implementing a 60 minute view cap, might want to try orbit)
Tudou (I believe this is based in Korea)
Z-Share (Windows Media Format, forces full screen in dual unlike most flv)
Veoh TV (Wonderful wonderful website)
(rest is up to you to decide)
Poor Reputable Hosts:
Yukou (Based in China, they block or severely throttle American traffic)
56.com (Don't know where it is based at, its throttled for America)
