Custom recipe.
Grab a glass and toss in 6 ice cubes.
Slowly pour in 1-2 tablespoons of codeine cough syrup over the ice.
Sprinkle in 5mg of finely ground Methadone (or Vicodin, Codeine, or similar, just adjust potency levels right so you don't die).
Add one shot of grape vodka.
Fill glass with Dr. Pepper.
Stir gently for 1-2 minutes.
Drank.
