Vocals: Mike Patton, I completely agree with that one. I'd also give vocal slots for Tarja Turunen (Nightwish), King Diamond (King Diamond and Mercyful Fate), and the singer from Focus (Watch the following youtube video to find out why).
Drums: Neil Peart (Rush's drummer, can't spell his name worth a shit), or Slayer's drummer (someone needs to put a bullet between my eyes for not remembering his name). Perhaps the old drummer for Blind Guardian as well, he's pretty badass.
Guitars: Too many good guitarists out there, so to summarize what would otherwise be an extensive list, pretty much every old school face melter you could think of.
Bassists: I think I have to agree with Steve Harris as well. Truly a remarkable bassist to say the least.
