When I try to use this theme, there's no thingy on top

Well there's a banner but it doesn't quite match the theme
Oh yea no prob. Not a bug, it's just me using one banner right now. I just signed up with their affiliate program today after Google banned this site from my ads. They have more options for banners from t-shirt hell, will ad something better for each theme tomorrow.
No I meant like on the top where it says fapperbay
The theme is blue with a red/orange logo.. and a white bg. Afreshflame has a red bg.
Oh, well logo is logo for now. Still not a bug, it's the image...not a priority right now, will look in morning.

Themes? ...cant find out how to change....had a look in userCP, nothing...or is it just a vip thing...
User CP > Edit Options > Scroll down to theme drop down menu
